I actually met Denise (Gwen & Gretchen's mom) at the gym about 2 years ago before I started my business.  It was not under the best circumstance considering I had just fainted and was sick all at the same time.  She came to my rescue and comforted me until I felt well enough to sit up all the while apologizing and totally embarrassed that a stranger had to see me go through that! 

No, this is not how I meet all of my clients.  Yes, she hired me a year later despite seeing me crash and fall (literally)! : )  Thanks Denise for being such an advocate of me & my business - you are so sweet! 

And I thought about this last night as I was pulling a few of the images from the session to post -- about nicknames that just occur to me because of silly personalities.  And this was no different since when we were in studio, Miss Gretchen was just being so goofy that I turned to Denise and I said, 'ok, I have a nickname that just came to me and I am not sure if it is ok that I say it".  And Denise, said, "she's a goober" and I started laughing because that is the SAME word I was going to call her -- Gooberish!  How funny!  Miss Gwen, on the other hand is all model -- listens to her mom and loves to do tricks on command and is a dupe for my daughter's foster, Mattie so of course, I am in love with her!
